Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to my inbox. Formspree may retain submission data according to its own privacy policy. I encourage you to review Formspree's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

This site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP address) as part of serving the font files. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of past communications. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing ryan@modernwebworks.studio.
